WHO WE ARE

What Drives Everything We Do

About VORMEK

Who We Are

Founded and led by Simon Fullenbach, Europacker Company operates under the trusted brand name VORMEK. We are a German-engineered, internationally focused manufacturer of high-performance packaging machinery for the food and pharmaceutical industries. Our strength lies in blending rigorous German design principles with the practical, creative expertise of a highly experienced multidisciplinary team.

Our Product Portfolio

We design and manufacture a comprehensive range of packaging equipment, including:

  • Tray Sealers
  • Thermoforming Machines
  • Vacuum Chamber Sealers
  • Filling Systems (piston, volumetric, and gravity-feed)

Crucially, we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our product lines are deliberately scaled to suit every operational need—from compact workshop-friendly units and small-batch production, right through to fully industrial, high-capacity systems for large-scale factories.

Standalone Machines vs. Turnkey Solutions

We deliver our technology in two distinct ways:

  1. Standalone Equipment – A single, high-performance machine for specific tasks.
  2. Integrated Turnkey Lines – We design and build complete, automated end-to-end packaging lines by integrating our core machinery with upstream and downstream ancillary equipment, ensuring a seamless, continuous workflow.

Smart Add-Ons & Customization

To elevate our clients’ end products, we offer a wide range of optional add-ons designed to:

  • Enhance product presentation and visual appeal.
  • Extend product shelf life.
  • Improve hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Fully automate and streamline the entire packaging process.

Quality, Standards & International Standing

Quality is the cornerstone of everything we do. We build our machines using premium-grade materials sourced from renowned global suppliers and strictly adhere to international engineering standards. We are also fully committed to respecting intellectual property and copyright laws within our industry.

Technologically, our machines are on par with leading European manufacturers—offering identical performance, speed, and output capacity, but at a significantly more competitive price point. This combination of world-class quality and value has made VORMEK a trusted name in international markets, with our machines being successfully exported worldwide.

Our Market Presence & Reputation

With over two decades of experience, VORMEK holds a distinguished position in the domestic market. We are recognized for:

  • Advanced technological capabilities.
  • Outstanding customer satisfaction and strong sales performance.
  • Long-standing partnerships with top-tier, reputable brands who consistently trust us—whether for a single machine or large-scale, multi-unit supply contracts.

Internationally, we maintain an active and growing export footprint, competing head-to-head with premium global brands.

Exhibitions & Global Visibility

We believe in showcasing our innovations firsthand. Every year, we host dedicated booths at numerous international trade fairs, alongside approximately ten major domestic exhibitions. To further support our global reach, we invest heavily in multi-channel promotion, including:

  • A multilingual website (Persian, Arabic, Russian, English, and German).
  • Multilingual product catalogs.
  • A dedicated monthly corporate newsletter.
  • Consistent, active engagement across social media and digital platforms.

Our Engineering & Manufacturing Process (From Concept to Delivery)

We follow a meticulously structured 9-phase process to ensure absolute precision, reliability, and quality in every machine we ship:

Phase 1: Engineering Design

Led personally by Simon Fullenbach, our mechanical, electrical, and automation engineers collaborate closely. We perform all mechanical design and simulation in CATIA—calculating pneumatics, kinematics, forces, vibrations, and material stress in detail. Concurrently, our automation team designs the control logic, develops electrical schematics via Eplan, and writes the PLC code (Siemens). This phase concludes with complete technical documentation, including part lists and detailed manufacturing drawings.

Phase 2: Planning & Procurement

Our project control team coordinates all procurement, sending out RFQs for standardized parts and scheduling the production of custom components.

Phase 3: Fabrication

We employ a hybrid manufacturing model. A portion of precision parts is sourced through our network of certified external machining partners. Simultaneously, we produce critical components in-house using our own advanced workshop, which includes CNC and conventional lathes, milling machines, a press brake, and a high-precision laser cutter for clean, accurate sheet metal processing.

Phase 4: Incoming Quality Control

Every single component—whether sourced externally or produced internally—undergoes rigorous inspection to verify dimensional accuracy, tolerance adherence, and overall build quality.

Phase 5: Warehousing

Approved parts are systematically coded, cataloged, and stored in our inventory, ready for assembly.

Phase 6: Mechanical & Electrical Assembly

Our planning team schedules assembly in line with project deadlines. Mechanical assembly runs in parallel with electrical wiring and control panel integration, ensuring a synchronized build.

Phase 7: Programming & Stress-Testing

Once assembly is complete, our automation engineers upload the control software. We then conduct exhaustive testing under the worst-case production scenarios to push the machine to its limits—guaranteeing absolute mechanical and electrical reliability before final approval.

Phase 8: Shipping, Installation & Commissioning

After final QC sign-off, the machine is shipped to the client’s facility. Our expert team travels on-site to handle full installation, commissioning, and comprehensive operator training.

Phase 9: Warranty & After-Sales Support

Our commitment doesn’t end at delivery. We provide a robust two-tier service:

  • Remote Support: Immediate troubleshooting via phone and online platforms.
  • On-Site Visits: For complex issues, we dispatch qualified field technicians directly to the client’s factory to ensure rapid resolution and minimal production downtime.
